The GPS (Grid, P2P, and Sensor) group is affiliated with the State Key Laboratory for Novel Software Technology, Nanjing University, China. The mission of our group is to perform high-impact academic research in these emerging technology areas of distributed systems.

Our current primary research focus is on discovering fundamental principles and developing algorithms for P2P networks and wireless sensor networks. In P2P area, we are working on Validity of p2p topology, Improving resources availability, Security enhancement, and New simulator design.

In sensor networks area, we focus on Clustering algorithms in data-gathering applications, and New energy-efficient MAC protocols.
